Shrimp in Garlic Butter

I was over at Rocky and Debbie’s Saturday and this was served right by their pool.  So, I had to ask how this was made.  Debbie put some garlic butter in an escargot dish and then topped it with shrimp.  After that she melted monterey jack cheese and served it with sliced baguette.  Wow, so simple, yet so good.
